The National Minimum Wages Commission (CONASAMI) is a public agency created by reforming the Fraction VI of Article 123 of the Constitution of the United States of Mexico, published in the Official Gazette on November 21, 1962 , and the relevant amendments and additions to the Federal Labor Law published in the same Gazette on 31 December that year.
Its main objective is to comply with the provisions of Article 94 of the Federal Labor Law, which is entrusted with that, as a tripartite body, perform the fixing of minimum wages, while ensuring the congruence between which establishes the Constitution of the United States of Mexico with the economic and social conditions of the country, promoting fairness and justice between the factors of production in a context of respect for the dignity of workers and their families.
MISSION
The Mission of the National Minimum Wage Commission(CONASAMI) is to establish the basis and elements for fixing minimum general and practitioners wages increase the living standards of workers and their families, promoting equity and justice among the factors production that recognize and validate the respect for the dignity of the worker and his family.
VISION
Establish the general and practitioners minimum wages, while ensuring the congruence between what makes the Constitution of the United States of Mexico with the economic and social conditions in a context of respect for the dignity of workers and their families.
